Premios Ganadores Fabricación Avanzada 2024

EURECAT, Pulsar
The aim of this product is to demonstrate the potential of the In Mold Electronics technology also known as Plastronics in order to physically demonstrate the potential of this technology for any plastic surface susceptible of integrating technology to turn it into a functional and intelligent surface.

Industrias Alegre S.A., Innovation in the manufacturing process for battery modules
The main technology used in this production process is injection molding with over-injection of metal inserts in a vertical machine, combined with ultrasonic welding and quality control using vision cameras.

Aldakin, Robotic System for Safe and Precise Machining of Composite Materials

With the goal of improving health and precision in robotic machining of composites, a robotic system has been developed that includes an internal dust extraction system that improves human health and safety by minimizing exposure to dust containing fibers and resins.

CIFP ESCUELA HOSTELERÍA LEIOA LHII, Robotics in Gastronomy

The paella cooking robotics project is an innovative initiative that uses advanced collaborative robots (cobots) to automate and optimize the preparation of this iconic Spanish dish.

HRE HIDRAULIC S.L, BECOLD
The BeCold project, developed by HRE in collaboration with Tecnalia and the UPV/EHU, aims to completely or partially eliminate the use of cutting fluids and oils in machining processes, replacing them with a lubrication and cooling system based on cryogenic CO₂ gas. This change seeks to reduce environmental impact and operating costs, and improve occupational health by minimizing exposure to harmful chemicals.

MESbook, GAZC: Digital APQP applied to the machining sector

Whatever the process we need to manage, be it cold stamping with a progressive or transfer press, bar turning, bending, punching, machining, assembly, welding, laser cutting, etc., we must always maintain control over the key points of our process. MESbook ensures that work is carried out as previously defined (efficiency), helping people to:

-Avoid errors and oversights
-Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the latest process design level
-Perform appropriate machine setups
-Enable everyone to work in sync
-Make the most of HR and machines
-Reduce inventory
-Make sure that knowledge is owned by the company and not just by employees

T702 Visual SLAM and AMR Studio, ASEA BROWN BOVERI, SA
The Flexley Tug T702 incorporates artificial intelligence-based Visual SLAM navigation technology and advanced AMR Studio® software. This robot improves flexibility and productivity in the production line, and its system is much more connected and intelligent than conventional automated mobile robots equipped with 2D SLAM scanners. It is also capable of recognizing the dynamic environment and navigating it much more efficiently, detecting stationary and moving objects, as well as people.
