The cantilever trolley welding machine CSE-S for H beam welding is composed by two submerged arc welding heads and two electronic seam trackers as a guidance of welding joints.
It consist of a bench-trolley that slides along two parallel longitudinal tracks and a cross beam where the welding heads move along it.
The longitudinal movement of the machine is performed by a geared motor which drives the end carriages wheels of the bench-trolley.
The welding heads are mounted on the tracks of the cross beam and the transverse movement is carried out by servomotors which are controlled by the seam trackers’ sensor.
Welding machines are located in the bench-trolley and are connected to the trolley using an extension cable that pass through a drag chain guided between the two longitudinal shiting rails.
