The United States Patent Office has granted Tesla a patent for a laser-powered glass-cleaning system. This technology could be used to replace conventional windshield wipers, clean camera lenses (such as those used in ADAS systems), and for future solar panels.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Gracias a esta tecnolog\u00eda, las c\u00e1maras de los sistemas ADAS podr\u00edan instalarse mucho m\u00e1s arriba en los parabrisas panor\u00e1micos, que se extienden hacia el techo. Ahora no es posible porque los limpiaparabrisas no llegan a limpiar esa zona, lo que impide el montaje de las c\u00e1maras tan arriba.<\/p>\n

Tesla ya ha registrado m\u00e1s patentes que afectan a los limpiaparabrisas. Su anterior innovaci\u00f3n fue un sistema basado en un mecanismo electromagn\u00e9tico, en el que el brazo del limpia se desliza transversalmente a lo largo de todo el parabrisas por unos carriles magn\u00e9ticos. Este mecanismo se esconde bajo el cap\u00f3 cuando no est\u00e1 en funcionamiento. De esta forma, se puede cubrir toda la superficie del parabrisas y tambi\u00e9n permitir\u00eda instalar las c\u00e1maras de los sistemas ADAS m\u00e1s arriba. Este sistema reduce significativamente la fricci\u00f3n y mejora la aerodin\u00e1mica, lo que repercute en los consumos; adem\u00e1s de eliminar muchos mecanismos susceptibles de sufrir corrosi\u00f3n con el paso del tiempo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
