Las soluciones de metrolog\u00eda \u00f3ptica industrial<\/strong><\/a> tradicionales ofrecen una profundidad de campo insuficiente cuando se trabaja a gran resoluci\u00f3n. Esto significa que algunas partes de la muestra puedan no estar suficientemente enfocadas, provocando una omisi\u00f3n de las caracter\u00edsticas de la propia muestra.<\/p>\n

Esto es posible, gracias a los miles de microespejos incorporados, de un tama\u00f1o 100\u00b5m x 100\u00b5m, que pueden girar, rotar y formar superficies \u00f3pticas con curvatura variable a velocidades muy elevadas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Visioner 1 de ZEISS se trata de un innovador instrumento de metrolog\u00eda industrial que permite que los componentes puedan generar movimientos<\/strong> mientras se inspeccionan o analizan elementos m\u00f3viles durante el proceso de medici\u00f3n \u00f3ptica. Visioner 1 tiene capacidad de enfocar r\u00e1pidamente las superficies, generando una imagen de enfoque completa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Incluso la EDoF en tiempo real es eficaz para componentes con distintos niveles de topograf\u00eda superficial<\/strong> y diferentes alturas, ya que el usuario puede visualizar la totalidad de la superficie (hasta 69,4 mm de altura y profundidad), as\u00ed como las caracter\u00edsticas de los componentes sin necesidad de reenfocar o apilar im\u00e1genes durante la inspecci\u00f3n \u00f3ptica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

ZEISS Visioner 1 permite variaciones de la superficie en 3D mucho m\u00e1s grandes que los sistemas tradicionales, mientras conserva la imagen totalmente enfocada. Y, para mayor ergonom\u00eda del operario<\/strong>, incorpora una pedalera para la toma de im\u00e1genes, sin necesidad de utilizar un rat\u00f3n o teclado, liberando as\u00ed las manos para la manipulaci\u00f3n de la muestra. Con esto se garantiza un mayor grado de concentraci\u00f3n y se reduce la fatiga durante la medici\u00f3n \u00f3ptica<\/strong>, mejorando notablemente el rendimiento y la eficiencia durante el proceso.<\/p>\n
