enable the production of parts previously unimaginable with traditional manufacturing, with high levels of efficiency and quality.<br \/>\nCUPRA has used the HP Jet Fusion 5200 Series 3D printer to model and manufacture parts such as the central steering wheel module, the hood air vent, the rearview mirror, and the brake and water cooling mechanisms for the CUPRA Le\u00f3n Competici\u00f3n.<br \/>\nThe company notes that using HP&#8217;s Multi Jet Fusion technology will mark a turning point in its development process, allowing it to design and evaluate new printed parts in a matter of hours These parts have been specifically 3D prototyped to take advantage of the capabilities of HP&#8217;s Jet Fusion 3D platform and have undergone the demanding development tests for the new competition model, following the same procedure used to test traditionally produced components.<br \/>\n&#8220;The ability to design and evaluate new printed parts in a matter of hours allows us to move much faster and select the optimal parts for production,&#8221; notes Xavi Serra, Head of Technical Development at CUPRA Racing. &#8220;Furthermore,&#8221; he adds, &#8220;the results obtained on the track have been excellent.
