Esta soluci\u00f3n, que s<strong>e est\u00e1 desarrollando junto con Siemens y Amazon Web Services como parte de la Nube Industrial del Grupo Volkswagen<\/strong>, se extender\u00e1 a otros emplazamientos.<\/p><p>Para unir las piezas que forman la carrocer\u00eda de un Audi A6 son necesarios unos 5.300 puntos de soldadura. Hasta ahora, el personal de producci\u00f3n utilizaba ultrasonidos para revisar manualmente la calidad de los procesos de soldadura por puntos de resistencia (WPS) bas\u00e1ndose en an\u00e1lisis aleatorios. Sin embargo, un equipo de expertos en los \u00e1mbitos de la fabricaci\u00f3n, la gesti\u00f3n de la innovaci\u00f3n, la planificaci\u00f3n de la digitalizaci\u00f3n y la inform\u00e1tica, est\u00e1 probando una forma mucho m\u00e1s inteligente de garantizar la calidad de las soldaduras en la factor\u00eda de Neckarsulm. Como parte del proyecto piloto\u00a0<strong>\u201cWPS Analytics\u201d<\/strong>, el equipo dirigido por Mathias Mayer y Andreas Rieker est\u00e1 utilizando la inteligencia artificial (IA) para
