Una soluci\u00f3n pr\u00e1cticamente universal para numerosos procesos que requieren impulso mec\u00e1nico es la instalaci\u00f3n de una o varias\u00a0<strong>celdas rob\u00f3ticas<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Particularmente, si nuestra operaci\u00f3n es\u00a0<strong>soldadura o corte por arco<\/strong>, somos aptos candidatos para valorar la instalaci\u00f3n de una celda rob\u00f3tica. Entre las m\u00faltiples variables que se necesitan controlar para esto, sin duda el\u00a0<strong>tipo de brazo del robot<\/strong>\u00a0es una de las claves.<\/p><p>Tradicionalmente, la herramienta y su paquete energ\u00e9tico se montan de modo externo al brazo del robot, ya que \u00e9ste normalmente se construye\u00a0<strong>macizo<\/strong>\u00a0para maximizar la carga admisible en su mu\u00f1eca. Es remarcable que en esta configuraci\u00f3n, durante los giros de la herramienta alrededor del eje coaxial, aparecen importantes fuerzas de torsi\u00f3n a lo largo de su cableado en comparaci\u00f3n con las que pueden eventualmente aparecer en un sistema cl\u00e1sico (externo); esto requiere contar con un cableado interno de alta calidad y resistencia a fatiga.<\/p><p>Una soluci\u00f3n intermedia a las dos anteriores pero menos com\u00fan y compatible con robots de brazo macizo es optar por un sistema\u00a0<strong>mixto<\/strong>\u00a0que emula por medio de una brida un sistema hueco o coaxial en un robot de brazo macizo.<\/p><p>Algunos integradores de celdas rob\u00f3ticas disponen de simuladores, incluso observables con\u00a0<em>realidad virtual<\/em>, de la futura celda rob\u00f3tica funcionando, como apoyo a esta decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column
