Standardized components specialist norelem introduces a new range of roller chains and double and triple sprockets that give engineers access to the power they need for their powerful chain drives.
With superior performance compared to a single chain, double and triple roller chains are used to power powerful equipment in demanding applications such as packaging, material handling, and agriculture. Combined with norelem double and triple sprockets, they ensure maximum reliability and power transmission in both homogeneous and inhomogeneous conditions, or under pulse conditions.
norelem double chains offer 1.75 times the performance of a single chain, reaching 2.5 times the performance of a triple chain. They are compatible with internal combustion engine and electric drives and feature a European design with a curved cover plate according to DIN ISO 606. They are made of steel or stainless steel (double-chain only) and have a pitch of 8 mm to 1.5 inches (38.10 mm) to cover a wide variety of applications.
To complement the roller chains, norelem also supplies pre-drilled double and triple steel sprockets with between eight and 125 teeth. The variety of tooth counts allows engineers maximum flexibility when choosing gears.
