Madrid, February 17, 2021. On February 24th, Easyfairs Iberia will once again bring its community together around new content and networking opportunities at the first Digital Tech Congress, jointly organized by MetalMadrid, Empack, and Logistics & Automation. Titled “Evolution or Revolution? Together Towards Intelligent Automation,” and sponsored by Deloitte, the event will serve as a meeting and training point for all industry professionals who want to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in this field.

The Congress will feature Rafael Lucena Chacón, Coordinator of the Subdirectorate General of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Enabling Technologies of the State Secretariat for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence. With him, we’ll learn about the measures entailed by the implementation of the National Artificial Intelligence Strategy, which will mobilize a public investment of €600 million over the next two years.

Also participating will be Luis González Gugel, managing partner of Deloitte Robotics; Álvaro Esteve, director of Digital Industries Factory Automation at Siemens Spain; and Rafael Tamames, the event’s keynote speaker and expert in digital transformation and entrepreneurship. He will unveil the world of automation from an open perspective, but also from the critical perspective that these changes pose for us in building a better society.

The conference will also feature major brands such as HP 3D Printing, which will present the latest advances in automation in additive manufacturing; Bosch Rexroth, which will present aperture-based automation as a key factor in the factory of the future; and a panel discussion moderated by Alex Salvador, Manager of the Spanish Robotics Association (AER), which will bring together major players such as CCTV Center, ABB, KUKA, and Ingenersun.

Throughout the day, attendees will be able to debate and interact through the various tools offered by the platform, attend more than four hours of content, and will also have the opportunity to network with both participating companies and other attendees.

Registration for the conference is free and can be done through the following link or through the websites of MetalMadrid, Empack, and Logistics & Automation.
