Tomorrow’s professionals are today’s students. That is why, at Advanced Manufacturing, we organise group visits for educational institutions, with the aim of introducing them to the real-world environment of the sector and enabling them to explore, learn and make the most of the experience.⚠️ Important: As this is a professional event, the only way for students to attend is via a group visit authorised by the organisers. Student group visits organised in any other way will not be permitted
How do I book a group visit?
The request must be made by the teacher responsible for the group using the relevant form available at advancedmanufacturing@easyfairs.com
Once the request has been received and approved, we will contact the school to provide all the necessary information.
Student visits must be in groups of no more than 15 people, accompanied by a teacher.
- The visit will last 1 hour.
- The visit will take place under the supervision of teachers, who will be responsible for all members of the group they are accompanying and for ensuring that the rules established by Advanced Manufacturing are followed.
- The visit must be undertaken as a group, and students must remain accompanied by their teachers throughout.
- Students’ access passes will be valid only for the authorised day and time slot.
- The entire exhibition hall is organised by professionals in their respective fields; please respect their work during the visit and enjoy
Dress code and admission
As this is a professional setting, the dress code must be appropriate for the occasion.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry if the established rules are not followed.
These visits are designed to give students first-hand insight into the sector, discover trends, interact with companies and prepare for their professional future in a real and specialised environment. We therefore ask that you maintain a respectful attitude in keeping with the professional nature of the event.
