About us
Castelomega is a national company, with a central office in Barcelona, and offices in Madrid and Vigo. We cover any specialized service in the repair and revision of electric motors, servomotors, servo-actuated electrical systems of the main brands on the market, backed by a long history of more than 20 years of experience in the sector.
We offer our clients a global service of comprehensive machine tool care, from Repair, Maintenance, Retrofit and our excellent 24-hour Assistance service.
Our areas of specialization are Electric Motors, Electrospindles and Precision Heads, Industrial Electronics and a specialized service with Adhoc proposals for our clients regarding retrofits, updates and machinery readaptation projects.

Machine tool retrofit
Industrial machine retrofitting consists of upgrading obsolete machinery. These upgrades are usually driven, in most cases, by the obsolescence of spare parts, and to a lesser extent by the need to add new features to the machines or make them compatible with new modules in a production line.
Industrial electronics repair
Repair of frequency inverters, soft starters, power supplies, industrial displays, industrial PLCs… We offer new, refurbished, and exchange products. Testing of electronic equipment under load on our test benches. We maintain a wide stock of electronic boards, frequency inverters, power supplies, etc. from the leading brands.
Electric motor repair
At CastelOmega, we specialize in the repair, refurbishment, exchange, and testing of electric motors of any brand, type, or series. With extensive industry experience and a highly skilled team, we deliver fast, effective, and reliable solutions to meet our customers’ needs.

Our inventory includes electronic boards, frequency inverters, power supplies, PLC modules, as well as mechanical parts and specific components from the leading brands in the market. Thanks to this immediate availability, we minimize production downtime and provide a fast, efficient response to our customers’ maintenance and repair needs.
Repair of spindles and precision heads
Replacement of clamping chucks, rotary unions, encoders, sensors… We subject spindles to multiple hours of operation to verify the repair before delivery. Taper geometry repair by laser welding. Geometry, vibration, and balancing tests…
