Delaton Group is a family-owned industrial group based in Barcelona, specializing in the processing of non-ferrous metals. With over 60 years of experience and three generations dedicated to the metalworking sector, we have grown from a small artisan workshop to a consolidated industrial group. This evolution has allowed us to combine different production technologies to offer complete solutions tailored to each client's needs.
We currently have four specialized production centers and over 4,000 m² of facilities, comprising Delaton Artistic Foundry, Brass Injected Metals, Hijo de Ernesto Herms, and Estampación Papiol.
Our main strength is our comprehensive control of the production process, from design to the delivery of fully finished parts.
We have extensive industrial capabilities:
- Gravity casting and injection molding.
- Hot forging and stamping.
- CNC machining and transfer machines.
- Surface treatments, finishing, and polishing.
- Assembly and final inspection.
We primarily work with brass, bronze, aluminum, copper, and special alloys, manufacturing technical components for sectors such as energy, rail, automotive, agriculture, marine, and defense.
