We have our own machinery, which enables us to carry out various manufacturing processes:
• Laser cutting of tubing, for the manufacture of structures, frames and metal profile components.
• Bending, for the production of sheet metal parts and components.
• Robotic and manual welding, enabling us to cater for both large production runs of thousands of units and smaller batches, from around 50 pieces.
• Automatic 3D wire bending using OMCG machinery, capable of handling diameters of up to 12 mm.
• Automated welding of wire mesh, for the manufacture of grilles, shelves, baskets and other components.
• Powder coating, to supply the parts with their final finish.
We can manufacture both large and small structures, working from the customer’s drawings or technical specifications.
