INGIVA
About us
Ingiva Ingeniería y Diseño SL is a company specializing in the development of innovative technical solutions, focusing on product engineering and industrial design. Its approach combines creativity, technical expertise, and the use of advanced technologies to transform ideas into functional, optimized products ready for manufacturing. Ingiva's main differentiating factor lies in the integration of engineering and product design with cutting-edge tools, such as computer-aided design (CAD), additive manufacturing (3D printing), and 3D scanning applied to reverse engineering processes. This combination allows for agile, precise, and efficient project management, reducing development times and improving the quality of the final result. Thanks to the use of additive manufacturing, the company can create functional prototypes in the early stages of development, facilitating design validation, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing costs before final production. Meanwhile, 3D scanning allows for the high-precision digitization of existing parts, making it a key tool in redesign, replication, or improvement processes for components, especially in contexts where original technical documentation is unavailable. Ingiva offers a comprehensive service that covers everything from initial concept to technical development and product validation, adapting to the specific needs of each client and sector. Its ability to combine engineering, design, and technology positions it as a strategic partner for companies seeking to innovate, optimize their products, or incorporate digital transformation processes into their industrial development.

Impresora Formlab Form4
The Formlabs Form 4 is a professional resin 3D printer (SLA/MSLA) focused on precision, speed, and industrial reliability. It is designed for engineering, prototyping, dentistry, research, and manufacturing functional parts where surface finish and dimensional accuracy are more important than print volume. Key features include Low Force Display (LFD) technology, an evolution of Formlabs' SLA system that uses a high-power LED light source and an optimized LCD screen to accelerate the curing of each layer. Layer resolution: 50 μm (microns). The printer offers a choice between detail or speed depending on the application. Continuous process monitoring of the part and material is also available. It is ideal for dentistry and manufacturing applications, thanks to its ease of use and automatic support generation. It surpasses previous generations in this regard, offering superior quality control of parts. It is particularly well-suited for engineering applications where finish and accuracy are paramount. The Form 4 operates in a different category thanks to its resin technology.

Impresora Bambulab H2C
The Bambu Lab H2D is the successor to the X1 Carbon and is geared towards advanced users, professionals, and makers who need a larger print volume, dual extrusion, and compatibility with high-performance engineering materials. Print volume: Single nozzle: 325 × 320 × 325 mm; Dual nozzle: 300 × 320 × 325 mm. Dual extrusion system, allowing printing with two materials or colors without relying exclusively on the AMS. This facilitates the use of soluble supports and complex technical parts. Maximum speed of 1000 mm/s and acceleration of 20,000 mm/s², surpassing the X1 Carbon in peak speed. Hotend up to 350 °C and heated bed up to 120 °C, suitable for advanced materials such as: ABS, ASA, PC (polycarbonate), Nylon (PA), PPA-CF/GF, PPS and PPS-CF/GF, and carbon or glass fiber reinforced filaments. Active Heated Chamber: Unlike the X1 Carbon, it incorporates active chamber heating up to 65°C, which is crucial for technical materials prone to warping. Sensors and Automation: Includes: Full HD monitoring camera. Head camera. Filament and tangle sensors. Power outage recovery. Dedicated processor for intelligent functions and monitoring. Additional Functions: The H2D can be transformed into a multi-function machine with optional modules: Laser engraving (10W or 40W). Laser cutting. Vinyl cutting. Pen drawing.

Impresora Bambulab X1 - Carbon
Its a high-end 3D printer based on CoreXY architecture, designed to offer high speeds, advanced automation, and compatibility with technical materials. Print volume: 256 × 256 × 256 mm. Artificial intelligence and sensors: automatic flow calibration, first layer verification, redundant automatic bed leveling, and detection of "spaghetti" errors during printing.
