Manufacturing Quality Pack
Manufacturing Quality Pack es una solución de software diseñada para cerrar el ciclo de calidad en fabricación, conectando directamente los datos de medición con los procesos de mecanizado. Permite transformar la información obtenida por sistemas de medición en acciones concretas sobre máquinas CNC, reduciendo la desconexión tradicional entre inspección y producción. Su objetivo principal es mejorar la calidad y la eficiencia en la fabricación, permitiendo anticipar problemas, corregir desviaciones de forma rápida y comprender sus causas de manera precisa. Gracias a este enfoque, se reducen los tiempos de industrialización, los retrabajos y los desperdicios, al tiempo que se mejora la toma de decisiones basada en datos reales. El paquete se basa en tres capacidades principales. En primer lugar, permite anticipar posibles problemas mediante la simulación de deformaciones directamente sobre el modelo CAD, validando estrategias de mecanizado y tolerancias antes de fabricar la pieza. En segundo lugar, convierte automáticamente los resultados de inspección en correcciones exactas para máquinas CNC, eliminando cálculos manuales y reduciendo los ciclos de prueba y error. Por último, proporciona un análisis detallado de las desviaciones, descomponiéndolas en factores como forma, tamaño, orientación y posición, lo que facilita identificar las causas raíz de los problemas. Planner
Planner is a 3D inspection planning software designed to prepare and organize the entire measurement process before execution. It allows you to define in advance how a part will be inspected, creating a more efficient, structured workflow with less risk of errors. The system works directly with CAD models, automatically extracting geometric entities and design information to generate complete inspection plans. This automates the definition of features, tolerances, and measurement strategies, improving the accuracy and consistency of the programs. One of its main advantages is offline planning, which allows you to prepare the entire process without using the measuring machine. This reduces downtime, optimizes equipment usage, and minimizes errors before execution. Planner also facilitates the creation of alignments, references, and inspection views, ensuring consistent part positioning and a better understanding of the process. Furthermore, it allows you to prepare the report structure from the initial phase, which is then automatically completed during the measurement. Silma X4 is an offline simulation and programming software for 3D metrology designed to optimize the preparation of inspection processes before their execution on a machine. It allows the creation of a digital twin of the measurement environment, virtually reproducing machines, parts, and processes, which facilitates precise planning without interrupting production. Its main advantage is offline programming, which allows the development and optimization of measurement programs directly from CAD files without the use of physical equipment.
