The position combines 60% sales activity and 40% technical activity, focused on internal sales and contact with industrial clients.

Main responsibilities:

Contacting and following up with clients.

Identifying sales opportunities and preparing proposals.

Advising on motors, gearboxes, variable frequency drives, and automation.

Reactivating clients and managing the CRM.

Collaborating with the technical and sales departments.

We value industrial technical training, sales skills, communication, and a proactive attitude. Extensive experience is not essential, but a willingness to learn is.

This position is preferably based in Pontevedra, with the possibility of remote work.

We serve more than 1,000 industrial companies in Spain and Portugal and are looking for someone who combines a sales-oriented mindset (60%) with technical expertise (40%). This is an internal sales position based in the office, with direct contact with industrial clients and ongoing collaboration with the sales and technical departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Contact current and potential clients to identify new opportunities.

- Prepare proposals, follow up on them, and support the closing of sales.

- Advise on motors, gearboxes, frequency converters, and other industrial products.

- Reactivate inactive clients and participate in sales campaigns.

- Keep information updated in the CRM.

- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve queries about products and applications.

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We value vocational training in electricity, electronics, automation, industrial maintenance, or related fields; knowledge of industrial components; experience in customer service, telephone sales, or technical/commercial support; and strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.

Extensive experience is not required. We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and grow within the industrial sector.
