Attendo is unveiling V11, a new generation of its CMMS platform designed to integrate artificial intelligence natively into maintenance processes. The concept goes beyond adding an assistant to traditional software: AI becomes a transversal layer that works with the context of assets, work orders, technicians, history, alerts and planning.

The new version strengthens a more connected, automated and proactive maintenance model. Mar[IA] can help analyse operational information, identify patterns, anticipate situations and propose actions, while automated workflows reduce repetitive tasks and accelerate team response. This is built on a cloud CMMS that centralises maintenance information and preserves traceability across every asset.
