DUSTOMAT DRY Size “S” – Compact, economical, powerful 26 March 2026

With the new “S” size, ESTA is expanding its tried-and-tested DUSTOMAT DRY series to include a particularly compact and economical solution.

Designed specifically for smaller applications, the entry-level “S” variant of the DUSTOMAT DRY dust extraction series combines high performance with an attractive price-performance ratio – ideal for companies that rely on professional dust extraction without straining their budget. The DUSTOMAT DRY S units cover air flow rates from 1,600 to 2,900 m³/h and reliably capture almost all types of dust, such as that generated during the machining of metal or plastic. Whether for single-station or multi-station extraction – these compact dust collectors are highly versatile: they can be used directly on processing machines, on extraction tables or in combination with an extraction arm.

The new ‘S’ size impresses with its exceptionally small footprint. Thanks to their vertical design, the units require less than 1 m² of floor space, thereby freeing up valuable space in the production area. At the same time, the flow-optimised design ensures consistently high extraction performance at low operating costs. Another advantage: the sound-insulated housing significantly reduces noise emissions, thereby improving working conditions for staff.

Every application is different – which is why the DUSTOMAT DRY series is based on a modular concept. Users can configure their system to fit their exact requirements, for example by selecting application-specific filter media (separation efficiency of up to 99.995% possible) or different installation options. ATEX-compliant versions and variants with H-post-filters are also available as options.
