Your Stand

Don’t forget to check the event participation rules to ensure that your decoration and planning comply with them.

All the information about the stand will be sent to you in the welcome email, including:

Technical plan of the space contracted and location within the pavilion.
Important deadlines to bear in mind.

Schedule

Additional Items Shop – Pricing Periods:

EARLY BIRD: April 6th to May 4th
REGULAR: May 5th to September 8th
LATE: September 9th to October 6th

Additional Items Shop – Online Shop Closing:

From October 7 onwards, orders must be placed by email at am.operaciones@easyfairs.com, subject to stock availability and technical feasibility during build-up.

NO CHANGES OR REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS OF CONTRACTED ITEMS OR SERVICES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Documentation sending

Until September 28th to am.operaciones@easyfairs.com:

  • Technical floor plan indicating the location of fixed installation services such as power sockets, air supply, water connections, and storage areas.

  • Final artwork files for the graphics included in the participation package and any additional contracted items.

  • IMPORTANT: IN CASE YOU WISH TO MODIFY A GRAPHIC FILE THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN SUBMITTED AND PRINTED, YOU MUST PAY THE REPRINT FEE FOR THE ITEM TO BE REPRODUCED.

Priority Access Request

If early access during build-up is required for machinery positioning, the corresponding document must be sent before October 6th to am.operaciones@easyfairs.com.

Build-Up and Event Dates & Opening Hours

  • Build-Up:
    – November 2nd: 15:00 – 20:00
    – November 3rd: 09:00 – 19:00
  • Exhibition Days (Exhibitors):
    – November 4th: 09:00 – 19:30
    – November 5th: 09:00 – 18:30
  • Exhibition Days (Visitors):
    – November 4th & 5th: 09:30 – 18:00
  • Dismantling:
    – November 5th: Simultaneous with the organizer, from 19:00 to 21:00
    November 6th: 09:00 – 15:00

Improve your stand

You can enhance your stand by adding additional electrical services, furniture, storage space, graphics, and more.

You can access the online shop through your private MyEasyfairs area. There you will find and purchase all the options available in our catalogue.

There is no exclusivity regarding graphic services. However, if you choose to hire an external supplier, in accordance with the regulations, the exhibitor will be responsible for the installation and removal of all elements during the official build-up and dismantling periods, ensuring that no damage is caused and no materials or waste are left behind on the structures.

Register

No registration is required for setup or dismantling.

Instructions for registering staff who will be attending during the event:

Access the private area of MyEasyfairs.
Click on MANAGE STAND and MANAGE YOUR STAFF IN VISIT CONNECT.
Click on STAFF (TEAM) in the application and add the necessary staff in ADD STAFF.
