Additive Manufacturing (Metal 3D Printing / Binder Jetting & LPBF)

Scalable metal additive manufacturing from rapid prototyping to serial binder jetting and LPBF with certified powders.

INDO-MIM bridges the gap between agile prototyping and high-volume serial production with advanced Metal Additive Manufacturing (AM). Leveraging decades of leadership in powder metallurgy and sintering, we deliver production-grade metal 3D-printed components that match or exceed conventional mechanical property standards.

We utilize complementary additive platforms, including Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF / DMLS) for high-complexity, low-to-medium volumes and critical functional prototypes, alongside Metal Binder Jetting (MBJ) for scalable, cost-efficient serial production without hard tooling. With in-house powder characterization, heat treatment, Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP), precision CNC post-machining, and inspection, we support clients from initial topology optimization through serialized end-use parts.

Key Technologies: Metal Binder Jetting (MBJ) and Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF).

Materials: Stainless steels (17-4 PH, 316L), tool steels, nickel superalloys (Inconel 718/625), and titanium alloys.

Capabilities: Rapid functional prototyping, bridge-to-MIM production, lightweight lattice structures, and consolidated multi-part assemblies.

Applications: Medical implants & surgical instruments, aerospace brackets & fluid manifolds, tooling inserts with conformal cooling channels, and automotive prototypes.
