The DC 1004 is a high-performance, three-phase inverter designed for MMA (shielded metal arc welding), air arc cutting and beveling, with additional LIFTIG and OPEN ARC welding modes, offering exceptional adaptability in heavy-duty applications. With a 100% duty cycle at 1000 A, this power source guarantees uncompromised continuous welding performance. It features excellent welding properties with rutile, basic, and cellulosic electrodes, adjustable Hot Start and Arc Force functions, and pulsed MMA welding. It also allows for contact TIG welding with a pulsed option. The intuitive LCD control interface provides quick access to all parameters, ensuring easy setup and adjustment for every welding process.
