We develop off-line metrology automation solutions to carry out automated dimensional measurements and inspections. We design 3D metrology cells on the shop floor that enable production staff to perform dimensional checks without needing to be metrology specialists.

Each solution integrates measurement technology with handling systems such as robots or linear guides, and is programmed centrally from our Agile 3D software, reducing time and costs. Results can be integrated into the plant’s management systems for statistical process control.

Before implementation, the technology is validated through a real test on the customer’s product. The level of automation is scalable and can be expanded to suit each project’s needs.
