BLASTING EQUIPMENT
CHARACTERISTICS: Designed and manufactured by Couto Maquinaria. Pressure vessels manufactured and tested at 17 Bar for working pressures above 12 bar. WATER-JETTING SYSTEMS
Cleaning and surface treatment systems by water jet at high or very high pressure. Technologically advanced DYNAJET solutions are provided, with innovative, simple, reliable and versatile systems to obtain the profitability required in each particular project.PRESSURE RANGE: 350, 500, 800, 1000 and 3000 bar. With cold or hot water and high projection flows by Triplex pumps for cleaning and surface treatment using clean technologies, eliminating rust and paint without the use of abrasives.
CRYOGENIC CLEANING
Dry ice equipment with Cryoblaster® technology. It is a technique that uses dry ice pellets (-78.5°C) and their physical properties as a means of instantaneous removal of contamination or dirt. Unlike cleaning methods based on water or solvents, in cryogenic cleaning there is no emission of contaminated water into the environment. In addition, it does not produce toxic gases associated with the use of solvents or other chemical agents.
METALLIZATION EQUIPMENT
With the application of molten metal particles against a base material, protective coatings are obtained. The metallization technique ALLOWS: Improve/change the surface of a part of lower hardness or quality. Repair and restore the dimensions of components that have suffered wear. AIRLESS PAINTING EQUIPMENT
CHARACTERISTICS High pressure and high performance pumps for airless spraying of single-component protective coatings.
