METALLIZATION EQUIPMENT

With the application of molten metal particles against a base material, protective coatings are obtained. The metallization technique ALLOWS:
Improve/change the surface of a part of lower hardness or quality.
Repair and restore the dimensions of components that have suffered wear.
Provide corrosion protection against moisture or chemicals.
Apply hard coatings on components exposed to high wear.
In the application of this technique zinc and aluminum wire is used.
