EPTEK develops, manufactures and supplies non-metallic tooling materials for design modelling, master models, foundry patterns, moulds, composite tooling and rapid prototyping, serving automotive, aerospace, wind energy, marine and industrial machinery.
Our core products include PU boards, epoxy boards, rigid PU foams and lightweight tooling boards with varied densities for models, foundry patterns, checking fixtures and composite tooling. We also offer tooling pastes, casting resins, infusion systems, prepregs, gelcoats and adhesives for CNC machining, casting, infusion and prepreg processing, plus industrial clay and water-soluble cores.
We provide technical support for material selection and end-to-end processing assistance. Beyond materials, we offer model, mould and tooling manufacturing including CNC machining and finishing.
