Lean Projects
Erising supports companies in optimizing their processes through Lean projects structured in three phases: diagnosis, solution development, and implementation with follow-up. Based on value chain mapping and the identification of waste (MUDA, MURA, and MURI), continuous improvement actions are defined and applied to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve operational performance.
