Welding fume extraction system DUSTMAC F
IFA-certified central extraction system for W3 welding fume applications The DUSTMAC F series is a central extraction solution designed for the simultaneous removal of welding fumes across multiple workstations. It is certified by the IFA for welding fume category W3, meeting stringent requirements for high-hazard applications. An optional impact separator installed at the duct inlet helps distribute airflow evenly within the filter chamber while also reducing the risk of fire by capturing incoming sparks. The system’s modular design allows for straightforward expansion, enabling future adaptation as production needs grow. Filter cartridges in the DUSTMAC F series can be efficiently cleaned using ESTA’s ultrasonic cleaning technology, which helps maintain filtration performance while extending cartridge service life and reducing operating costs.

Filter tower series FILTOWER
Flexible hall and room ventilation system without ducting The FILTOWER series provides a plug-and-play ventilation solution for rooms and production halls where local extraction of fumes, dust, or oil mist is not sufficient or cannot be applied directly to large or complex workpieces. Based on a stratified ventilation concept recommended by German occupational safety regulations, the system helps significantly reduce energy consumption. Compared to conventional exhaust-air extraction systems, FILTOWER filter towers can lower heating costs by up to 70% per year by retaining and recirculating conditioned air. Each unit is equipped with frequency converters that allow demand-based control of airflow, enabling energy-efficient operation while maintaining consistent air quality throughout the workspace.

Compact welding fume extraction systems up to 2,900 m³/h The DUSTOMAT DRY S series represents the entry-level segment of the DUSTOMAT DRY product family and provides an efficient and economical solution for welding fume extraction in applications with airflow rates between 1,600 and 2,900 m³/h. These compact filtration units are designed to reliably remove welding and soldering fumes generated during the processing of various metal types. Thanks to their versatility, the systems can be used in both single-workstation and multi-workstation setups. They integrate easily with machine-based extraction points, extraction tables, or articulated extraction arms, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial environments. A modular system design enables individual configuration of the filter stages, achieving separation efficiencies of up to 99.995% depending on the application requirements. The aerodynamic flow-optimized construction of the units, combined with 100% recirculation mode, helps ensure strong performance while keeping operating costs low. Designed for medium-duty industrial environments, these filtration systems efficiently remove welding and soldering fumes generated during the processing of a wide variety of metals. A modular housing concept allows each unit to be tailored to specific operational requirements. Customers can select from different filtration configurations, including options with filtration efficiencies of up to 99.995%, ensuring reliable removal of fine particulate matter. Key system components, such as the air inlet position, control cabinet, and touch-screen interface, can be arranged individually to suit available installation space and workflow requirements. Suitable for both individual workstations and centralized extraction systems, the DUSTOMAT DRY range combines flexibility with future-proof technology, including upcoming W3 certification for demanding welding applications. Engineered with an optimized airflow design, the systems deliver strong extraction performance while minimizing energy consumption. Configurable wet separator series DUSTOMAT HYDRO
DUSTOMAT HYDRO – High-performance wet dust collector for sparks and metal dust With the DUSTOMAT HYDRO, ESTA introduces a powerful wet filtration system specifically developed for the extraction of aluminum dust and applications involving sparks. At the core of the system is a patented water-based separation technology that safely captures dust particles and hot sparks in water, significantly reducing the risk associated with combustible dusts. Following the initial separation stage, the pre-cleaned airflow passes through a customizable multi-stage filtration system. Depending on process requirements, the unit can be equipped with filters for dust class M or with highly efficient HEPA H14 filters that achieve a filtration efficiency of more than 99.995% for hazardous fine particles. The system is also suitable for the effective removal of welding fumes. A range of configuration options is available to accommodate different materials, operating conditions, and air management concepts, including both recirculation and exhaust-air operation. Collected contaminants and process water can be drained quickly and conveniently through an integrated discharge valve. The DUSTOMAT HYDRO series is designed for both single-workstation and central extraction applications. It is particularly well suited for grinding, brushing, polishing, and welding processes that generate metallic dust. The units operate with low noise levels and are available in four performance classes as well as ATEX-certified versions for use in potentially explosive environments. Compact welding fume extraction systems for mobile applications The portable SRF T series has been developed for direct connection to welding torches, allowing fumes to be captured immediately at the source. These compact units are also suitable for the extraction of soldering fumes. Reusable, cleanable filter cartridges help minimize ongoing operating expenses, while the integrated dust collection drawer ensures quick and convenient disposal of collected particles. The SRF T-2 is intended for a single extraction point, whereas the SRF T-4 can accommodate two extraction points simultaneously.
