FOAM GRIPPERS
Foam‑based handling technology with high flow rate allows the gripping of parts with complex shapes, porous or rough surfaces, and even products positioned randomly beneath the Foam Gripper. This versatility enables multiple different products to be handled with a single Foam Gripper and to manipulate product layers, whether partial or complete. The Gimatic Iberia team consists of experts with more than 20 years of experience in the design and manufacture of Foam Gripper solutions. MAGNETIC GRIPPERS
Gimatic Iberia offers innovative magnetic handling systems. These devices are based on the use of permanent neodymium magnets, which are controlled either pneumatically or electronically, in order to fix and hold metallic parts of ferrous origin.

SOFT GRIPPER
The innovative Soft Gripper system enables gentle handling of products of various shapes and sizes with precision and speed. The system features an electro‑pneumatic controller that can be connected to the robot, allowing control of gripping force and switching speed. In addition, it can communicate with the manipulator’s control system to achieve complete point‑to‑point gripping. Adaptable to any type of robot or manipulator, it can reach high working frequencies of up to 120 cycles per minute and handle loads of up to 5 kg.

MECHATRONICS

ROTARY JOINTS – ANTICOLLISION SYSTEMS AND COMPENSATORS
Anti‑collision sensors Anti‑collision sensors protect EOAT tools as well as the handled product in the event of a collision between the manipulator and the robot. The sensor, integrated between the manipulator wrist and the EOAT tool, detects any collision (even when the robot is stopped) and transmits the information to the manipulator in a very short time, reducing the impact when dislocated. Slip rings and rotary joints Slip rings and rotary joints are widely used for all types of complex and demanding rotational applications, including industrial, aerospace, and military environments, where it is necessary to transfer a fluid or electrical signal from a stationary part to a rotating one. These products are developed for high‑performance and flexible‑requirement environments. In many cases, catalog specifications can be customized, including connection size, number of circuits, higher current or voltage, flange type, cable length, connectors, higher speed, IP protection rating, high‑temperature resistance, etc., to meet and fulfill specific needs.

MECHATRONIC LINEAR AXES
