Reaming
Reaming operations call for high-precision tools, which is why HEPYC offer a very wide range of manual reamers, cylindrical reamers, taper shank reamers and extendable reamers. Manufactured in high-quality materials such as HSS (M2) high-speed steel for hand reaming, HSSE (M35) high-speed cobalt steel for machine reaming and HM integral hard metal for reaming high-strength steels up to 55HRC. In this case, to ensure a much better reaming performance, we use latest generation treatments such as TiAIN. Designed with geometries under international DIN standards and our own manufacturing standards. We manufacture metal reamers for every application on all types of materials, such as normal steels, high resistance steels, stainless steels, cast iron, aluminium and its alloys, Titanium alloys, copper, brass, bronze and non-ferrous materials.
Countershink
At HEPYC we have one of the widest ranges on the market in Countersinks, Countersinks with hole, Step drill bits, Countersink bits. Made of high-quality materials such as HSS high speed steel (M2) for steels up to 800N / mm2, HSSE Cobalt high speed steel (M35) for more resistant steels and Stainless steels, and HM Integral Carbide for high strength steels up to 55HRC. To give them greater performance, we equipped the countersinks with we use last generation coatings and treatments such as TiN and TiAlN. Designed with geometries under international DIN standards and own manufacturing standards. We manufacture countersinks for each type of application on all types of materials such as normal steels, high resistance steels, stainless steels, cast iron, aluminum and its alloys, alloys of Titanium, Copper, Brass, bronze and non-ferrous materials.
Milling
At HEPYC we also have tools for cutting operations such as cylindrical end mills, taper shank endmills cutters, gear hobs, slotting cutters, rotary end mills and hole saws. Made from high-quality materials such as HSSE (M35) high-speed cobalt steel for tensile strengths up to 1,100 N/mm2, powder metallurgy steels, HSSE-PM for tensile strengths up to 1,400 N/mm2 and integral carbide, HM for tensile strengths up to 55HRC. To boost end mills performance, we apply TiAlN-based state-of-the-art coatings and treatments. Designed with geometries under international DIN standards and our own manufacturing standards. We manufacture end mills for every application on all types of materials, such as normal steels, high resistance steels, stainless steels, cast iron, aluminium and its alloys, Titanium alloys, copper, brass, bronze and non-ferrous materials.
Drilling
HEPYC offers a wide range of cylindrical shank drills, taper shank drills, twist drills, centre drills and drilling accessories for metal. In all diameters, also in pre-threading diameters. Made from high-quality materials such as HSS (M2) high-speed steel for steels up to 800N/mm2, HSSE(M35) high-speed cobalt steel for stronger steels and stainless steels, and Integral HM carbide for high-strength steels up to 55HRC. Our drill bits also feature the latest generation of coatings and treatments such as TiN, TiAlN, which boost performance by up to 50%. Designed with geometries under international DIN standards and our own manufacturing standards. We manufacture metal drill bits for every application on all types of materials, such as normal steels, high resistance steels, stainless steels, cast iron, aluminium and its alloys, Titanium alloys, copper, brass, bronze and non-ferrous materials.

Threading
HEPYC offers one of the widest ranges of threading tools, machine taps, rolling taps, dies, thread gauges, threaded inserts and threading accessories on the market. Manufactured with high quality materials such as High Speed Steel HSS (M2), High Speed Cobalt Steel HSSE (M35) and Powder Metallurgy Steel HSSE-PM (ASP). To boost tool performance, we apply MICROFINISCH technology to our taps, and state-of-the-art coatings and treatments such as VAP, NIT, TiN, TiCN, CrN and HL. Our threading taps are designed with geometries under DIN, ISO and JIS international standards and our own manufacturing standards We manufacture threading tools for every application on all types of materials, such as normal steels, high resistance steels, stainless steels, cast iron, aluminium and its alloys, Titanium alloys, copper, brass, bronze and non-ferrous materials.
