Reaming operations call for high-precision tools, which is why HEPYC offer a very wide range of manual reamers, cylindrical reamers, taper shank reamers and extendable reamers.

Manufactured in high-quality materials such as HSS (M2) high-speed steel for hand reaming, HSSE (M35) high-speed cobalt steel for machine reaming and HM integral hard metal for reaming high-strength steels up to 55HRC.

In this case, to ensure a much better reaming performance, we use latest generation treatments such as TiAIN.

Designed with geometries under international DIN standards and our own manufacturing standards.
