Serie ESSENTIAL Welding Tables
The ESSENTIAL Series offers professional, precise, and modular 3D welding tables, providing an efficient and cost-effective solution. These tables feature a machined surface and are supplied without nitriding treatment. 3D modular design, side openings, allowing compatibility with TITAN series accessories and the connection of multiple tables. Structural steel top plate, with thicknesses of 10 mm for Ø16 and 12 mm for Ø22, for the mounting of fixtures and precise work. Angle gauges and machined edges to ensure accuracy in daily use.

Laser Protection Cells and Cabinets
Our laser safety enclosures are custom-designed in compliance with the EN 60825-4 laser safety standard. They are widely used in industrial laser manufacturing, scientific research, welding facilities, and more. It is a custom-designed Class 4 laser safety system tailored to the customer’s specific requirements, which can be fully enclosed on all four sides, partially enclosed on one or multiple sides, and even include a top enclosure. The cabin features a safety window, door, locking system, and stack light. The panels are modular and easy to assemble, consisting of two aluminum layers with a special laser radiation protective coating between them, providing a solid and secure structure in compliance with the EN 60825-4 safety standard. Access doors can be hinged or sliding and are available in different sizes.

Laser welding helmet UNIVET MASTR Helmet
The UNIVET “MASTR” laser welding helmet is specifically designed to meet the real requirements of our machines, taking into account the resonator power, wavelength, and type of light. With CE marking and EN 207:2017 certification, it ensures that the user is always optimally protected, providing the appropriate level of safety at all times during the use of laser equipment. It is specifically engineered to protect against diffuse optical radiation generated during welding processes performed with handheld laser systems operating in the near-infrared spectrum. This complete solution combines a helmet made from a special plastic composite, a laser protection filter, and an auto-darkening welding filter, providing protection for both the eyes and face of the operator against diffuse laser radiation and the optical radiation generated during the welding process.
