INTAKE CLEANER

NOVALASER 4X1
The NOVALASER 4X is a compact and powerful 1500W portable laser welder that delivers fast, accurate, and professional welding on multiple metals. With a speed up to 4 times faster than traditional methods and a weight of only 32 kg, it combines industrial performance with real portability. Ideal for workshops and production lines seeking efficiency and superior quality. Thanks to its 1500W laser power and 1064 nm wavelength, it provides controlled penetration and precision of up to 0.1 mm. Its adjustable welding speed of 0 to 120 mm/s allows it to adapt to different materials and thicknesses, reducing production times by up to 4 times compared to traditional MIG/TIG systems. The adjustable power system lets you work with stainless steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, and special alloys, ensuring clean welds with minimal thermal deformation. It also combines welding, cutting, and cleaning in a single device.
DPF CLEANER
The OXYHTECH DPF CLEANER is a professional machine designed for the efficient cleaning of particulate filters, EGR systems, and intercoolers in internal combustion vehicles. It removes carbon deposits and accumulated contaminants, restoring engine performance and reducing emissions. Ideal for workshops that work with passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. It features intuitive operation with automatic adjustment functions via a simple control screen, and includes a full range of accessories to fit any filter type. It now offers easy management through a WiFi-connected app, with savable custom settings and before-and-after cleaning reports that can be saved as PDF and sent to customers.
CARBON CLEANERS ULTRA AND NOVA
OXYHTECH carbon cleaner machines are designed to perform internal cleaning of combustion engines by removing carbon deposits that naturally accumulate in the combustion chamber, intake system, and exhaust system over time. These deposits can negatively affect engine performance, increase fuel consumption, and lead to higher emissions. OXYHTECH technology uses an advanced hydrogen gas generation system based on an electronically controlled dry cell. This system produces a reactive gas mixture that helps break down and remove carbon deposits adhered to the internal components of the engine. The cleaning process can be carried out without dismantling engine parts, reducing service time and allowing workshops to offer a fast, efficient, and profitable maintenance service. The machines are designed for intensive professional use and are compatible with a wide range of combustion engines, including passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, marine engines, and other equipment powered by diesel or gasoline.
