At Plasnor, we specialize in the extrusion of engineering plastics and industrial thermoforming, offering both custom-made plastic sheets and plates, as well as technical parts for OEMs.
🔹 Plastic Sheet and Plate Extrusion. We manufacture and supply plastic sheets, plates, and coils (ABS, HIPS/PS, ABS/PMMA, ABS/PC, FR materials, and multilayer solutions) tailored to each application: dimensions, color, textures, finishes (matte, gloss, decorative), and additives (UV, antimicrobial, etc.).
We also develop solutions using recycled material.

Thermoformed parts for the agricultural sector
At Plasnor, we manufacture thermoformed parts for the agricultural sector, for machinery and equipment operating under demanding conditions. Custom-made from materials such as ABS, PP, or ABS/PMMA multilayer solutions, our products offer strength, lightness, and durability. We produce hoods, roofs, dashboards, covers, and protective elements. We incorporate recycled and recyclable materials, reducing weight, costs, and maintenance. We collaborate on co-design to optimize functionality and efficiency.

Mainly in ABS/PMMA for bathtubs, shower cabins, shower columns and shower trays and even SPAs.
Plates for refrigeration sector
We supply the refrigeration sector with antifreon PS sheets and coils suitable for the interior and sides of cold rooms and refrigerators.
Tailor made rolls and sheets for industry
At Plasnor, we manufacture custom-made plastic sheets and plates in a variety of dimensions, colors, textures, and finishes (matte, gloss, embossed, or decorative) tailored to each application. We work with styrenic materials (PS, ABS, ABS/PMMA, PS/PE blends), as well as FR and multilayer solutions for technical applications. We also incorporate recycled and recyclable materials, contributing to more sustainable processes. We supply both semi-finished products and bases for thermoforming to sectors such as agricultural machinery, automotive, transportation (buses and coaches), packaging, industry, healthcare, furniture, and logistics. Thermoformed parts
At Plasnor's thermoforming division, we develop custom-made technical thermoformed parts, supporting our clients from co-design and product engineering through prototyping, mold making, and series production. We manufacture components and subassemblies in technical thermoplastic materials (ABS, PS, PP, PE, PMMA, and multilayer solutions), including options with recycled and recyclable materials, optimized according to mechanical, thermal, aesthetic, and regulatory (FR) requirements. We design solutions that reduce weight, material consumption, and logistics costs, contributing to more sustainable processes. We produce fairings, protective elements, trim pieces, bumpers, and transport trays, as well as large-format parts (up to 3,000 x 2,000 x 900 mm) for sectors such as automotive, electric vehicles, transportation (bus and rail), motorhomes, logistics, and industry.
