SPECIAL STEELS AND ALLOYS
With over 90 special steel and alloy grades, we offer a wide range of formats: blocks, bars, tubes, rounds, and coils. We select each material according to the properties and requirements of the application, with solutions aimed at the metalworking, mould, and tooling sectors.
DRAWN AND ROLLED
We specialise in the manufacture and commercialisation of cold-drawn, turned and wire-drawn calibrated steels. We offer carbon, free-machining and alloy steels in round, square, hexagonal and other formats. We also supply bars in commercial and special lengths, as well as coils, with dimensional tolerances adapted to each application.
MACHINING
We provide precision machining services, such as milling, drilling and grinding, ensuring quality finishes and adaptation to the specifications of each project. Our production capacity includes blocks of up to 50 t and maximum dimensions of 1300 x 2500 x 4000 mm.
HEAT TREATMENT
With over 75 years of experience, we offer heat treatments for steels, such as hardening, tempering, nitriding, carbonitriding, stress relieving and black oxidation. Our technical team provides advice on the selection of the most suitable material and treatment for each application. Our heat treatment capacity reaches 40 tonnes per day, with loads of up to 7 tonnes.
INDUSTRIAL TOOLS
We supply custom-made industrial blades, manufactured entirely at our facilities, from steel supply through to heat treatment. We offer solutions for the plastics, scrap, wood, cellulose, cork and graphic arts industries, with specialised technical support. Our blades and hammers are designed for demanding applications, ensuring high productivity, wear resistance, robustness and continuous reliability.
TECHNICAL LABORATORY
Our technical laboratory provides metallurgical testing and analysis for steel quality control, including mechanical testing, chemical composition, metallography and non-destructive testing. We combine technical infrastructure, steel know-how and support in result interpretation.
CUTTING TECHNOLOGY
We offer simple and special cutting services, including plasma cutting, laser and waterjet cutting, adapted to different materials, thicknesses and precision requirements.
