Easy-to-use Pendant
Easy-to-use Pendant is a lightweight exclusive teach pendant independently developed by Robotmeta, is patented innovative JOG-STICK pendant. Focusing on minimalist operation, fast teaching and zero-threshold quick mastery, it is specially designed for all Robotmeta welding robots and collaborative robots. It completely reforms the complicated operation mode of traditional teach pendants. Supported by the patented joystick innovation, it greatly reduces the pendant of robot programming, debugging and maintenance. Zero-based operators can master proficient operation within 30 minutes, enabling rapid equipment commissioning and production. It serves as a standard core accessory for efficient debugging of SME automated production lines.

RobotMeta Pro
RobotMeta Pro is an industrial-grade high-end professional teach pendant with touch-screen under Robotmeta, positioned for debugging large and medium-sized automated production lines, high-precision laser welding and complex mass production working conditions. It is a professional human-machine interaction terminal compatible with all heavy-duty and high-precision robots. Compared with entry-level teaching devices, it is equipped with a full-featured industrial control system, supporting complex trajectory programming, multi-device linkage debugging, batch program management and in-depth parameter customization. With stable industrial protection performance and strong expandability, it fully meets the standardized, high-precision and continuous automated production debugging needs of large and medium-sized factories.

RM 1470/10HW MIG/MAG
RM 1470/10HW is a six-axis industrial arc welding robot. It is compatible with MIG/MAG pulsed welding processes. The core hardware features are outstanding: equipped with a 6-degree-of-freedom flexible joint structure, with a maximum working arm extension of 1470mm; the wrist has a rated load capacity of 10kg, capable of stably carrying a complete set of peripheral equipment such as air/water-cooled welding guns, laser tracking, etc.; the overall repeatability positioning accuracy is ±0.05mm, with stable welding trajectories and regular, uniform weld seams.

RM 2000/10HW MIG/MAG
RM 2000/10HW is a six-axis industrial arc welding robot. It is compatible with MIG/MAG pulsed welding processes. RM 1880/25 Laser Welding
RM 1880/25 is a high-performance six-axis arc welding laser welding robot. The equipment is equipped with a standard 6-degree-of-freedom motion structure, featuring a wide movement range and flexible posture, with no welding blind spots. It is standardly equipped with a 25kg super-large wrist load, which can easily accommodate heavy water-cooled welding gun laser welding heads, long cable assemblies, laser weld seam tracking, intelligent oscillation, and various heavy-duty tooling expansion components, suitable for high-load, long-term continuous laser welding conditions. The entire machine has an ultra-high repeatability positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm, stable and controllable movement trajectory, effectively ensuring the weld seam consistency and product stability of large-scale laser welding operations.

U1 Positioner
The U-shaped 1-axis transposition machine is a supporting tool equipment for the RobotMeta robot. It adopts a classic U-shaped opening frame structure and is equipped with a single-axis servo drive design. The structure is compact and has a high space utilization rate. The equipment can achieve smooth 360° vertical rotational transposition of the workpiece, completely eliminating welding dead zones, perfectly matching the joint operation of the six-axis welding robot, significantly optimizing the welding posture, and improving the overall welding quality and production efficiency. The entire machine has strong rigidity, stable operation, and supports long-term continuous heavy-load operations. It is suitable for batch automated welding production of various small-sized, medium-sized, and medium-sized heavy structural components.

P2 Positioner
The P-type 2-axis positioner is an automated position-changing device specifically designed for the RobotMeta robot. It adopts a professional P-type dual-axis servo linkage structure, which offers more flexible posture adjustment capabilities compared to single-axis position changers. The equipment can achieve dual-dimensional free position changing of the workpiece, including horizontal rotation and vertical flipping. It can flexibly adjust the posture at multiple angles, completely eliminating welding blind areas, and perfectly adapting to the collaborative linkage of six-axis welding robots. The entire machine is sturdy, runs smoothly, and has high positioning accuracy. It can meet the full-position automated welding requirements for complex irregular workpieces and three-dimensional structural parts, and supports long-term continuous precise mass production operations.

Horizontal Rotating Positioner 3 Axis
The horizontal three-axis positioner is an efficient dual-position fully automatic position-changing device specifically designed for the RobotMeta robot. It is equipped with an exclusive three-axis servo linkage structure, two sets of independent placement racks, and both racks can achieve vertical flipping for adjustment. Additionally, a horizontal rotation axis is also included to form a three-axis collaborative operation system. The core of the equipment adopts an alternating working mode of dual positions: after the welding operation on one side of the positioner is completed, the positioner quickly switches positions through horizontal rotation. One side continues to carry out welding processing, while the other side simultaneously completes the loading and unloading operations of the workpiece, without requiring the equipment to stop and wait. This completely resolves the pain points of traditional single-position equipment, such as the time-consuming loading and unloading and production breaks. It significantly reduces auxiliary working hours, improves equipment utilization and overall production efficiency. When combined with a six-axis welding robot, it can achieve uninterrupted continuous-line precision welding. The entire machine has a stable structure, strong vibration resistance, high positioning accuracy, and is suitable for long-term continuous production of various complex workpieces.
