About us
TECNOSPIRO MACHINE TOOL S.L. was founded in 1987 manufacturing the first tapping arm as a way to satisfy the own production needs for one of the Spiroide Group Companies (1947), which Tecnospiro belongs.
It was not our purpose at the time to become manufacturers of this type of machines, but in view of the proliferation of several trademarks in the market, all of them of conventional design, we finally decided to develop a new machine already with our ROSCAMAT® registered brand name and with a definitive view to cover the market’s needs.
In 2009 inside the worst industrial economic recession in the world and thanks to our knowledge and experience of articulated arms we were able to develop and launch a new concept of ergonomic balancer arm 3ARM®. The weightlessness and the skill to absorb a considerable tool torque reaction depending on the head member and the option to lock the arm in any position and movement permits to prevent the operator tiredness and injuries, giving him a high work sensitivity and increasing the productivity.
After 26 years in the market and covering the five continents and more than 45 countries, we are proud to be the reference in the market and motivated to have more than 18.000 pieces of equipment working successfully.
Located closer to Barcelona, we are occupying a plant area of 4,5000 sq.mtrs. with a staff of 65 employees, at the level of the industrial group.
Our machines fulfill the European safety standards EN 292-1 and EN 292-2, as per the directive 89/392 and EN 60204-1 according to do directive 89/336/CEE.
Our constant research work within the field of mechanics has allowed us to design the product which is being hereinafter presented together with its genesis and development.

Series 3 Tool Balancers & Articulating Arms
Series 3 tool balancers from 3ARM® are the most versatile of the series. Industrial Manipulator M10
The 3ARM® Manipulator M10 is a high-capacity industrial manipulator arm designed for precise, ergonomic manual handling of heavy loads up to 120 kg. Engineered as a lifting solution, it allows operators to lift, position, rotate, and place parts smoothly and safely in any direction. With the widest range of arm configurations and custom gripping systems, the M10 adapts easily to conveyors, assembly lines, machine tools, and demanding industrial applications, improving ergonomics, safety, and productivity in heavy-duty manufacturing environments. The 3ARM Manipulator M10 can be equipped with a variety of specialty gripping and effectors. It is engineered to manually handle and lift loads up to 120kg in any direction. The Manipulator aids the operator in precise ergonomic work handling, effortlessly and safely. The M10 offers the most custom arm configurations to move parts to and from conveyors, assembly lines, machine tools and much more.
Roscamat Tiger
Capacity M2-M27 (M33) The machine itself consists of a radial arm joint to a tilting arm balanced by means of a pneumatic spring. The head member and the electric motor find themselves at the end of the tilting arm and is adapted to always move at the right angle with respect to its working area. Through the base (1) and by means of three M8 (120º) screws the machine can be fixed to a table or workbench. Such attachment can also be obtained by means of a simple clamp. The speed is regulated by means of a variator board located in the “electronic box casing”. The turning motor speed and the optional automatic lubrication and depth control are adjustable by means of the buttons being located over the “radial arm”. The speed can be thus adapted to every thread type. Equipped with a single phase (220V or 110V) HIGH-FREQUENCY MOTOR, is able to adapt the modular system consisting in a series of 7 quick-change modules (reducers). As a result of this output, speeds are available thus allowing to adapt the tap speed to every type of thread.
Industrial Manipulator M5
The 3ARM® Manipulator M5 is a heavy-duty industrial manipulator arm built for ergonomic material handling and precise load positioning up to 50 kg. Designed as a zero-gravity lifting solution, it enables smooth manual control for lifting, rotating, centering, and setting parts in any direction. With multiple arm configurations, brake options, and custom gripping systems, the M5 functions as an advanced lift assist device for conveyors, assembly lines, and machine tools, improving workplace ergonomics, safety, and productivity in demanding manufacturing environments. 3arm® Manipulator M5 can be equipped with a variety of specialty gripping tools. It is engineered to manually handle, center and set loads of up to 50kg in a weightless condition, in any direction. The Manipulator aids the operator in precise ergonomic work handling, effortlessly and safely. The M5 offers the most custom arm configurations to move parts to and from conveyors, assembly lines, machine tools and much more.
