About us
Zund Ibérica is the Spanish subsidiary of Zünd Systemtechnik, a Swiss family-run company specialising in digital cutting systems, which operates worldwide. Zünd is synonymous with Swiss quality, precision, performance and reliability. It has been manufacturing and marketing modular cutting systems since 1984 and is one of the world’s leading manufacturers.
With over 1,000 cutting tables installed, Zund Ibérica is one of the most experienced distributors in the field of digital cutting systems and software and workflow solutions on the domestic market. Through its own demonstration room, it offers customers and other interested parties the opportunity to experience the many possibilities of Zünd’s digital cutting technology first-hand. Its staff are certified experts in consultancy, training, installation and technical support.
Our customers include industrial and transport service providers (composites, aeronautics, specialist products…), companies in the advertising technology and packaging industries (signage, graphics, displays…), as well as the furniture, fashion and outdoor sectors (leather, textiles, technical textiles…).
The company’s research and development, marketing and production are carried out at its headquarters in Altstätten, Switzerland.
Through our subsidiary in Spain, Zund Ibérica, we market its products and provide local technical support, close to our customers.

RM-L, 3.6 KW: Zünd milling system
Powerful 3.6kW milling system that guarantees the machining of aluminum, wood, plastics, acrylics and composites, with great speed and with less passes for milling thick materials, which means a giant advance in productivity. The main features are: - Effective and powerful aspiration. - Integrated water cooler. - Automatic router changer (optional). - Surface compensation. - Collets ER-16 for bits up to 10mm in diameter. - MQL (lubrication) for machining aluminum.

The two beams can each be equipped with up to three different modules, instantly doubling the throughput. Cutting system Q-Line
The new Q-Line with board handling system – BHS180 and UNDERCAM is a comprehensive system solution. It is specifically tailored to the requirements of highly automated, industrial finishing in the digital production of displays and printed packaging. This new system makes it easier than ever for display and packaging manufacturers to optimize their production processes and increase their efficiency. The individual components of this digital production solution, i.e. the board feeder with UNDERCAM, Q-Line cutter, and off-load unit, are perfectly coordinated to enable next-level productivity.
