ACTIA Systems, a leader in electronic solutions for transport and mobility, has achieved a 51% reduction in logistics costs by implementing Bossard's SmartBin Cloud solution. This innovative technology has allowed the company to automate the management of fasteners and C-parts, significantly improving operational efficiency and eliminating logistics emergencies.

The transformation began with a thorough analysis of the material flow, based on two fundamental pillars: an automated sensor-based Kanban system and the ARIMS digital platform for real-time traceability. Thanks to this implementation, ACTIA has optimized the management of nearly one million parts, leading to more agile and profitable operations.

The results include a 51% reduction in total logistics costs, the elimination of logistics emergencies, the consolidation of suppliers from eight to one, and full inventory visibility.
