“Sugatsune Shoten” was founded by Tsunesaburo Sugasawara in Tokyo, in order to sell European-style furniture fittings, something that was quite rare locally at that time (1930). Since then and up to the present day, by fostering originality and innovation, Sugatsune’s persistence in developing manufacturing capabilities has created an ecosystem of motion-oriented technical solutions that brings multiple values to the end user.

We would like to highlight the “Motion Design Tech” brand, which combines this range of unique movement technologies with different specialties and characteristics and is made up of 5 technologies:
