SOLARION Forge: AI for industrial engineering and manufacturing
SOLARION Forge combines AI, parametric geometry, engineering, manufacturability and costing to transform industrial requirements into manufacturing-ready information.
SOLARION AI will present one of its most ambitious technology projects at Advanced Manufacturing Madrid: SOLARION Forge.
Forge has been created with a clear objective: to reduce the gap between an industrial requirement and the information needed to manufacture a part, assembly or product.
The platform combines artificial intelligence with parametric geometry, engineering rules and manufacturing knowledge. Based on user requirements, Forge can structure geometry, materials, operations and processes and compare them with real manufacturing capabilities.
The system is being designed to work with raw materials, machining, profiles, sheet metal, cutting, drilling, welding, bills of materials, waste, removed material, production times and manufacturing costs.
Forge is not intended to be simply another tool for visualising 3D objects. Its ambition is to become an intelligence layer connecting idea, design, engineering and factory.
SOLARION continues developing new calculation engines and industrial knowledge modules to progressively increase its capabilities.
At Advanced Manufacturing Madrid, we will demonstrate how AI can move beyond generating information and begin to understand real manufacturing processes.
