SOLARION AI
About us
SOLARION AI (Valencia, Spain) builds industrial software that CALCULATES. Two lines, the same engine behind both: bespoke 3D configurators for the manufacturer's own product, and SOLARION FORGE, our manufacturing platform.
3D CONFIGURATORS WITH A CALCULATION ENGINE
For manufacturers whose own product is sold in variable sizes. A visitor on your website — or your own sales engineer, sitting in front of the customer — changes one dimension and gets, on the same screen:
· the 3D geometry, genuinely redrawn, not one photograph per combination
· the bill of materials and the cutting list, part by part
· the weight and the raw material to be ordered
· the dimensioned DXF drawing, ready for the shop floor
· the price
And when a combination cannot be manufactured, the configurator says so, explains why, and states the source of every figure it used.
SOLARION FORGE
The platform where the engine lives. It does not start from a catalogue: it starts from the part.
· Which sheet it comes out of, which billet it comes out of, and what size to order from the supplier
· How much material is lost as chips
· Real solid geometry: holes, intersecting cuts, bending
· The real cost of the product, not a price-per-kilo estimate
· Separate accounts, billing and data per customer
It rests on 251 test files, and at the show it runs live: it is where you check that the engine exists before anything else is discussed.
WHY IT IS DIFFERENT
A finish-and-colour configurator shows the product. This one answers the question that decides the order: can this size actually be made, what does it weigh, what material has to be bought, and what does it cost?
That is the practical difference. A configurator that only visualises ends at a contact form, and from there the work lands back on your engineering desk. One that calculates finishes the sentence.
And it does not calculate blindly: every figure carries its source on screen. Where a value depends on your machine rather than on the drawing — bend deduction is the classic case — it is not guessed: it is asked for, and the warning is written inside the DXF itself, where it cannot be lost when the file is forwarded.
WHO IT IS FOR
Engineering and quotation departments that still rebuild every made-to-measure quote by hand, and watch the hours disappear into variants of the same product.
It sits BEFORE the CAM stage. What comes out is the DXF that goes into your cutting and bending chain; it does not replace your nesting software, it feeds it.
ON THE STAND
Working configurators, with the calculations on screen and the source of every number. You are welcome to push them to their limits: moving a dimension until the warning fires is the fastest way to see whether the engine is real.
SHOW OFFER
A prototype configurator for ONE family of your product, in 10 working days. Six places, and only for companies that bring their product sections as DXF or STEP files: without those it is not a prototype, it is a drafting job.
SECTORS
Metal and sheet-metal forming, structural profiles, technical furniture, lighting and photovoltaics.
Products & services

Custom software for manufacturing. Production control, batch traceability, quotation management and invoicing, connected to the ERP you already run. Not a licence full of modules you do not need: the missing piece
We do not replace what already works. We write the missing piece and connect it. And if it has to calculate, it does

Technical catalogue digitisation. We turn your catalogue into structured data, reference by reference, with every figure recalculated and every contradiction flagged. Ready for your website, your ERP or a configurator
Your technical data is correct, but it only exists inside a PDF. It cannot feed your website or your ERP

Custom regulatory calculation engines. We put the rule your product has to meet inside the software: it applies itself, every figure carries its source on screen, and it warns you when the rule is not met
A regulatory table is not interpolated. The engine always takes the more demanding cell, and states its source.

Automated dimensioned DXF drawings and cutting lists. The configurator outputs the file that goes into your cutting chain: DXF R12 on separate layers, with a dimension chain, a section detail and a title block
The warnings are written inside the DXF. A drawing gets forwarded, and the screen it was made on does not

Automated quoting for made-to-measure products. The price comes from the real bill of materials: stock with scrap, shop hours, manufacturability surcharges, margin by family and discount bands. Not a flat price list.
The price comes from the real bill of materials, not a flat list. And if a price is missing, it says so.

Prototype configurator in 10 working days. One family of your product, working and actually calculating: 3D, bill of materials, DXF drawing and price. 50 places. Requirement: bring your sections as DXF or STEP
50 places

Catalogue and datasheet audit. We recalculate your published figures: inertias, weights, load limits, maximum sizes. We tell you which do not add up, with the calculation alongside. In writing, in private
In one catalogue we audited, 15 of 74 references did not reproduce their own figures. Do yours?

SOLARION FORGE, manufacturing platform. It starts from the part, not the catalogue: which sheet or billet it comes from, what size to order, how much is lost as chips, and the real cost. Holes, cuts, bending. Multi-user
It does not estimate by the kilo: it works out the stock, the chips lost and the real cost

3D configurator with a calculation engine. Change one dimension and out come the bill of materials, the cutting list, the weight, the DXF drawing and the price. If it cannot be made, it says why.
If the size cannot be manufactured, it refuses to quote and explains why. Cut list and DXF included.
