A configurator that does not show the product: it calculates it.

The customer — or your sales engineer, mid-visit — changes one dimension, and on the same screen the 3D geometry is redrawn and out come the bill of materials part by part, the cutting list, the weight, the raw material to order, the dimensioned DXF drawing and the price. There is no image per combination: there is an engine that recalculates everything, every time.

And it does something almost no configurator can do: say no. When the requested size breaks a rule — a load limit, a regulatory distance, a width your press brake cannot bend — it refuses to return a result, states which rule is broken, and cites the source of the figure behind it. A configurator that always says yes is a generator of orders that cannot be built.

Every figure on screen carries its source. And where a value depends on your shop floor rather than on the drawing — bend deduction is the textbook case, since it changes with the machine, the die and the material — it is not guessed: it is asked for. While an indicative value is in use, the warning appears on screen and is written inside the DXF itself, where it cannot be lost when the file is forwarded.

It is built around your product, not from a template. We start from your sections in DXF or STEP and from your manufacturing rules, and what comes out is your catalogue, with your limits, your finishes and your tolerances.

It sits before the CAM stage: the DXF it generates goes straight into your cutting and bending chain. It does not replace your nesting software, it feeds it.

It runs on your website, so the customer can configure it alone at eleven at night, and on your sales engineer's laptop, to close the visit with the size and the price on the table.

What you get back is not a software licence: it is the hours your engineering department spends rebuilding the same quote by hand with a different dimension.
