Advanced Manufacturing Madrid will take place on 5 and 6 November.

Your Stand
The technical plan will arrive by email with the details of the stand and its location within the hall.
It is important to check the measurements and the allocation on the document so you can assess:
- What elements to exhibit, their location on your stand and the servicse needed for them to function properly.
- The decoration and furniture necessary to comply with what you want for your stand.

Schedule
Check the schedule with the relevant dates so you will not miss any deadlines for ordering or sending documentation.
- Online Shop for aditional items. Price periods:
- EARLY BIRD: from April 25th to May 19th.
- REGULAR: from May 20th to September 8st.
- LATE: from September 9th to October 13th. Closure of the Online Shop. From October 14th orders will be accepted by e-mail depending on availability.

- Documentation to be sent before September 29th to operaciones@easyfairs.com:
- Technical plan with the location of fixed installation services such as sockets, air, water and storage rooms.
- Carpet colour (if a color change has been ordered. The color included in your participation is Jasper Grey)
- Final artwork files for the grafics.

- Request for priority access to assembly for the positioning of machinery with special needs before Ocotober 8th to operaciones@easyfairs.com:
- Measurements per package unit, weight and means involved in the unloading and loading of the elements.

- Dates and Times of Assembly and Celebration for the Exhibitor:
- Assembly: November 3rd from 15:00 to 20:00h & 4th from 09:00 to 19:00.
- Celebration:
- November 5th: From 09:00 to 19:30.
- November 6th: From 09:00 to 18:30.
- Dismantling:
- November 6th: Simultaneous with the organisation from 19:30 to 21:00.
- November 7th: From 09:00 to 15:00.

Additional electrical services, furniture, storage room, etc.
In the online shop of your MyEasfairs private area you can find all the elements of our additional catalogue.
There is no exclusivity regarding the graphics service in modular stands. However, in the case of hiring an external service, in accordance with the regulations, the exhibitor is responsible for the installation and removal of elements within the established dismantling period, making sure not to cause damage or leave residues on the structures.
You can find the contact details of external suppliers for some of the services we do not provide (such as logistics or catering) on the corresponding button.
Register
It is not necessary to register for assembly or disassembly.
Instructions to register your staff:
- Access to your MyEasyfairs private area.
- Click on SET UP YOUR STAND and SET UP STAFF IN VISIT CONNECT
- Click on TEAM in the application and add staff .
