Customisation is easy especially when it comes to the Panther systems. These transmitters and receivers stand out by their ease of use and flexibility. Panther operates at 2.4 GHz and uses technology that allows for interference-free operation of hundreds of systems without any upgrades. The system has built-in fail safe features. It works by that the transmitter sends a continuous heartbeat signal that will automatically shut down the system if it is not detected; if a transmitter is lost or broken, any other transmitter from the same product line can be used as backup. The Panther PLd system can be adapted to virtually all standard overhead crane applications. One transmitter can operate four separate cranes independently. Multiple transmitters can be allowed to communicate with the same receiver. Especially useful when several people need to control the same application. All Panther systems have four billion possible code combinations. Combine multiple systems without radio interference. Overall, Panther is our most flexible system ever.

FUX PARTS CLEANING Due to the modular design of the FUX parts cleaning system, we can react specifically to your individual requirements for cleanliness, drying results or special conveyor systems. Pattern moulding
Ineo prototipos can produce aluminium and other metal parts. If the geometry and the desired finish allow it, a sand mould is a fast and a cheap way. Direct from the 3D CAD data from the customer and using our additive manufacturing machines, we can make the patterns to build the sand moulds within days and, if necessary, the post-processing of the castings.

PC 1000

Peel Ply
Airtech peel plies are specialised fabrics used in the manufacture of composite materials to create a rough surface ready for subsequent bonding or painting. They are placed directly onto the laminate prior to curing and, once the process is complete, are removed, leaving an ideal texture to ensure better adhesion in subsequent steps. These materials are designed to withstand the high temperatures and pressures of curing without contaminating the surface of the composite, thus ensuring the quality of the final product. Airtech offers a wide variety of peel plies to suit different processes and requirements. Among its most prominent options are treated peel plies, which prevent the transfer of contaminants to the laminate surface, and untreated peel plies, which are more suitable for applications where no additional preparation is required. Products such as Econostitch® and Econolease® ensure excellent thermal resistance and are easy to remove after curing, facilitating surface cleaning without compromising the integrity of the laminate.

Peeled rivet
Bralo Peel Rivet is a break-mandrel blind rivet designed for the fastening, in a fast and simple way, of rigid materials to soft materials or those with low resistance. The head of the mandrel is provided with edges that longitudinally cut the rivet body on the blind side. The rivet body is divided thus into four petals that bend outwards and come into contact with the material to be fastened, creating a locking head with a big diameter. This large expansion on the blind side distributes the load and the clamping force, reducing the risk of crushing and breaking of materials. Once the riveting process is finished, the head of the mandrel comes off leaving a central hole. Available in multiple finishes and epoxy paints.
