Vibration-Isolating Pads
SLAB, CEL and PAD: three different pad types, one purpose; to provide users in all areas with the best customised insulation technology. ACE guarantees this with the wide-ranging offer of vibration isolating pads and with customisation specific to the customer. SLAB products are universal damping pads produced from PUR materials according to a patented formula. The low frequency damping CEL are made of nitrile rubber and can be attached in multiple layers. The robust textile and elastomer pads from the PAD series are assembled in layers, which makes them very strong and versatile. All three product families are available as standard pads or drawing parts cut precisely to customer requirements.

Vibratory polishing
Vibration is a mass chemical-mechanical process, in which it improves the surface quality of the treated parts in an efficient and economical way. Depending on the objective to be achieved, polishing, deburring, pickling, degreasing, burnishing, descaling, antioxidant protection, super-polishing with a mirror shine, etc., and depending on the material with which you work, one process or another will be chosen. The key to the process lies in the perfect combination of abrasive, chemical product and selected vibration equipment, for the choice of which our Technical Team will be able to advise you. In the field of mass surface finishing, the lines of circular vibrators with automatic, pneumatic and manual discharge represent the most efficient response to market demands. Both the design, the structure and the monolithic tank have been studied using modern calculation and testing methods, as well as the structure, which is made of certified steel, electro-welded and with a thermal treatment for structural normalization. The monolithic tank of the circular vibros is coated with very thick cast polyurethane, anti-abrasive, oleophobic and with a non-stick texture. The flat channel of the bowl is the first condition for an excellent finish and better production performance. The separation of the abrasives and the pieces is carried out automatically using suitable grids for both holes and rods in the machines with automatic discharge, by means of magnetic extractors or through pneumatic outlets, acting simply and opportunely on the motor vibrator. The vibrator motor is the heart of the machine and it is oversized, well tested and normally does not require maintenance or periodic greasing. Vibration adjustment allows fast and perfect work to be achieved thanks to the most versatile and universal system currently in existence, with the possibility of manual or automatic intervention.
VIC - RAIL
The VIC RAIL® system is a closed running rail supplied in three different formats: • VIC RAIL® 125, in bars up to 6 m long. • VIC RAIL® 195, in bars up to 8 m long. • VIC RAIL® 195R, in bars up to 9 m long. This rail model is designed for overhead suspension of light and medium weight loads, up to 2.000 kg, depending on the rail model. The raw material used is cold rolled steel section, S235JR quality and welded with an automated welding cell to guarantee rigidity, quality and the maximum repeatability in manufacturing. The calculation system used is in accordance with UNE-EN- 13001 standard. The deformation is lower than 1/350 of the distance between the two suspended ends, measured with the nominal load. All VIC RAIL® suspension systems are supplied with the corresponding safety cables, to secure the installation. The VIC RAIL® system enables loads to be moved with effort of 1 to 2% of the total suspended load.

Chains manufactured according to EN 818. High toughness and resistance to traction to avoid the effects of the impact load. Link marking to ensure the chain identification and traceability. Security on every link. Quality is a permanent exigence, assured by the most exhaustive controls: - Pulling Test during manufacture process. - Proof Lod to the 100% of the links, according to the Standard. - Tensile and bend deflection test. - Visual inspection and dimensional controls at all stages of manufacture. Expected outcomes are clear: higher productivity and quality, reduced waste and extra costs, fewer human errors, and a cultural shift toward fast, reliable decision-making. The VOD complements MES and LEAN practices by taking digitalization a step further: it turns data into intelligent decisions, prioritizes critical actions, and frees staff for higher-value tasks, ensuring a direct impact on factory profitability and competitiveness.

Visual inspection based on IA through algorythm that detects any kind of defect
Using proprietary algorithms, visual defects are translated into formulas, enabling the software to detect any defect visible to the human eye, even with magnetic particle inspection.
