      Tube laser cutting

We have 3 tube cutting centers, ensuring the peace of mind of our customers in the delivery of their orders. Laser tube cutting has transformed the industry. Thanks to this technology, at Lasertek we provide the components to manufacture frames with elements that fit perfectly together, or with folds at angles to save welding and tooling, and not having to review the parts after assembly. We work with all types of metal tubes, of different geometries and shapes (round, rectangular, square and oval). Regarding dimensions, our machines cut carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum tubes, brass or copper. Consult us or ask us for a quote without obligation, indicating the characteristics of the tubes you need to cut.

We use premium quality silicone, polyester and meta-aramid fabric materials, and our hoses are manufactured and tested to the strictest industry standards. With the addition of a fluorosilicone and fluorocarbon coating, our silicone tubing can work in the harshest conditions, can withstand temperatures of over 250ºC and withstand harsh environments. We offer a complete range of EDPM tube, most of the usual sizes and shapes, as well as others on request, the EDPM has a service temperature ranging from -3ºC to 120ºC with peaks of up to 160ºC.

      Tubular bellows by Hema

For applications with special requirements we also offer bellows made of Soft PVC, rubber disks or coated fabrics. Soft PVC bellows are resistant to oil, alkali and acid as well as water and dust. As molded parts for the economic production, a minimum quantity must be manufactured or an appropriate form must exist. Rubber disk bellows are of the highest quality and visually the most attractive protective covers for pistons and spindles. They are completely leak proof. Since each rubber disk lies flat on the other, excellent compression dimensions are achieved. Rubber Fabric bellows are recommended for use if bellows are especially subject to heavy wear, high pressure conditions or high temperatures up to 200°C. Typical fields of application are piston rods with high ambient temperatures, or cardan shafts. Fabric bellows consist of a laminated structure with a special coating.

    5. Tumble belt blast machines

      Tumble belt blast machines

Tumble belt blast machine are suitable for the derusting, deburring, roughening, or cleaning of robust work pieces of any size that are suitable for tumbling. Depending on the type of system, the work pieces are processed in either batches or in continuous operation. The use of a tumble belt blast machine is also ideal for shot peening, matting, or general surface finishing. When it comes to the material of the work pieces, the spectrum ranges from small plastic parts to massive, sand castings depending on the system design, Depending on the system type, the machines are used for blasting transmission parts, forged parts, and light metal components. In the blasting area, the work pieces are constantly in motion. Through the perforated tumble belt, which is made of rubber as standard (but optionally also of steel), the parts are circulated and simultaneously blasted with the aid of up to three high-performance turbines or with compressed air. Typically, up to four turbines are installed in continuous feed tumble belt blast machine. For everyday foundry use, the systems can also be lined with manganese steel plates. This ensures both a longer service life and lower maintenance requirements.
