      We develop and manufacture free movement carts that can hold between 1 and 60 tonnes as standard, and higher capacities at customers’ requests. They are self-driving and operated using batteries. They can move freely across smooth floors, both inside and outside the warehouse. We work with a wide range of wheel materials (with or without bandage), the main ones being polyurethane, vulkollan, pneumatic and rubber wheels. Batteries can be lead acid or lithium type. There are three different movement settings: one steer axle, two steer axles and with bogies (free movement). SAFETY AND ADVANTAGES: STANDARD.- Electronically controlled electric propulsion.       Battery Telescope Magnetic Beam EPMBL-T

      The electrically switchable telescopic arms of the Battery Telescopic Magnetic Beam EPMBL have a range up to1000 mm per side. This makes them extremely flexible in their use for lifting and transporting processes. The integrated rechargeable battery box means that no power connection is required. Sheets from 4 mm thickness of different sheet formats (up to 12 t) can be transported and lifted gently, safely and quickly. The remote control can be used to operate the tapping function (inching). Sheets with a thickness of 4 mm or more lying in the stack can thus be separated. With 400 switching cycles, the battery shows high efficiency in its performance. The electropermanent magnet modules (EPM) are made of solid steel. Electropermanent Magnets combine both electric and permanent Magnet Technology. It is a Permanent Magnet that is switched on and off electrically. When the battery level is low, the load remains on the magnet module without any loss of magnetic force.

      The BCN3D W27 and W50 machines are high-end industrial 3D printers manufactured by BCN3D Technologies, a company based in Spain. Both printers use the Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) technology to produce 3D parts from melted plastic filaments. The BCN3D W27 has a build volume of 420 mm x 300 mm x 200 mm and is designed to print large and complex parts with high precision and quality. This printer has a solid and robust structure that ensures great stability and accuracy in printing. On the other hand, the BCN3D W50 is a larger capacity 3D printer, with a build volume of 420 mm x 300 mm x 500 mm. This printer also features a robust and stable structure, but with a greater printing height that allows the production of even larger parts. Both printers are equipped with independent dual extrusion technology, which allows them to print parts in two colors or different materials simultaneously. They also have a color touchscreen and are compatible with a wide variety of plastic filaments, including PLA, ABS, Nylon, TPU, and other technical materials.
