      Forging non-ferrous

We forge other non-ferrous materials like aluminum or brass, saving raw material and increasing mechanical properties according to the needs of our customers. Aluminum forging Forged aluminum parts have much higher mechanical properties than injected aluminum parts, a higher fatigue strength, with the consequent maintenance of mechanical properties over time, under very demanding conditions. In addition, on the pieces obtained by the Forging process, we can make a series of surface finishes impossible to perform with the parts obtained by Injection, as in the case of ceramic coatings. With respect to weight, a piece forged in aluminum has a weight three times inferior to that of a piece of steel Brass Forging The Brass forging or hot stamping consists of deforming a piece of brass rod previously exposed to temperature under pressure of two matrices that give shape. The metallurgical parameters to be taken into account in the stamping are the composition of the brass and the temperature. Depending on the composition of the brass, it acquires certain properties, and influences the mechanical characteristics, plasticity, fusibility and conformability.

    2. Formlabs Form 4L

      Formlabs Form 4L

Formlabs' next-generation large-format resin 3D printer takes the speed, precision, and reliability of the Form 4 to a whole new level. The Form 4L and its biocompatible counterpart, the Form 4BL, are based on the same revolutionary Low Force Display™ (LFD) technology as the Form 4 and Form 4B, but are designed to produce parts nearly five times larger than those available on our desktop models. When it comes to creating full-scale prototypes, on-demand manufacturing fixtures, or end-use products for delivery to consumers, the Form 4L delivers high-quality prints in record time, with even fully filled build volumes typically printed in less than six hours. Along with new SLS printing powders and the opening of the Formlabs ecosystem to third-party materials, the Form 4L represents the continuation of Formlabs' commitment to creating tools that empower users to bring their ideas to life, regardless of their scale and complexity.

    3. Formlabs Form4

      Formlabs Form4

Form 4 and its biocompatible version, Form 4B, work with unprecedented speed, finishing most of your prints in less than two hours, with all materials and without sacrificing dimensional accuracy or surface finish. Form 4 combines a new print engine with enhancements from the Formlabs materials portfolio (23 unique resins for the Form 4 and 37 for the Form 4B available at launch), as well as new accessories and post-finishing solutions and an experience improved user interface.

    4. Freewheels

      Freewheels

National leader in the design, manufacturing, and commercialization of FREEWHEELS for INDUSTRIAL applications. ✅ WHAT IS A FREEWHEEL USED FOR? Freewheels are a 100% mechanical solution for applications where: 1.-You need to ensure that a shaft can only rotate in one direction. 2.-You need to protect the drive system when, due to inertia or an external force, the driven part rotates faster (overtakes) than the drive itself, which could otherwise strain or damage it. 3.-You want to achieve a simple step-by-step forward motion (similar to a ratchet). ✅ HOW WE CAN HELP YOU We have extensive experience with all the elements that make up a mechanical transmission, so we can support you in designing your transmission system. We offer different Freewheel technologies to extend service life depending on each application and its mechanical requirements. Since we manufacture these units at our facilities in Vitoria, we can adapt to special designs starting from a single unit. 📫 info@ringspann.es ☎️ +34 945 22 77 50 🖥 www.ringspann.es Subsidiary for Iberia of the German-based RINGSPANN Group.
