Electropolishing is an electrochemical treatment based on anodic dissolution that removes a thin layer of stainless steel in a controlled manner. It produces bright, uniform and passivated surfaces, reducing roughness, smoothing edges and eliminating micro-defects. It ensures parts that are easy to clean, decontaminated and provide maximum asepsis.

Electrostatic painting, also known as powder coating, allows for shorter application and curing times, increasing efficiency and reducing costs, with a uniform, high-quality finish preferred by the leading equipment manufacturers we work with. Parts undergo pre-treatment, including degreasing, cleaning, and phosphate application, to protect against corrosion and improve paint adhesion. Then, epoxy powder paint is applied using electrostatic charging by a specialized operator, ensuring full coverage of every contour of the part. The parts are then cured in an oven at temperatures between 160 °C and 200 °C, depending on the type of paint and material, creating the chosen final finish: smooth, textured, matte, glossy, etc. Each part is carefully inspected and packed, then sent for assembly or directly to the customer. RIPP LOCK® lock washers feature radial grooves on both sides. The angle of the groove pitch is greater than the thread pitch. Once the bolt and nut are in place, the radial grooves of the RIPP LOCK® lock washers engage with the underside of the bolt head, minimizing movement between the bolt head and the washer. RIPP LOCK® lock washers are highly reliable, even under continuous vibration or high stress. Their high hardness and strength make them suitable for all bolt classes up to size 12.9. RIPP LOCK® self-locking nuts and bolts also ensure reliable connections and require no additional components; their larger contact area eliminates the need for washers. Furthermore, the edges of the teeth are not sharp, which guarantees greater protection against corrosion at the joint, as the contact surface is not damaged.
