In the Heat Treatment sector, Fluidtherm specializes in producing continuous furnaces for various processes including hardening and tempering, carburizing and carbonitriding, nitriding and nitrocarburizing, as well as austempering, annealing, normalizing, and solutionizing. They also offer ovens for drying, baking, aging, and other low-temperature applications. FOAMED PROFILES
We have developed our own low-cost foaming system. This allows us to lighten the weight while minimizing the material used and maintaining all its mechanical resistance. As shown in the photo, it is possible to add an on-line co-extrusion to the profile for a high-quality exterior finish. It is also possible to apply aluminum or other semi-rigid material decorated folio.

FOLIATED PROFILES
Unlike other producers, our company owns the necessary machinery for coating in line, this allows to optimize the production costs up to 50% as well as to use recycled material or 2nd quality since the decorative folio gives us an excellent finish. The applied decorative folio can be plastic, paper or aluminum or other semi-rigid material.
